The first match Magic faced his opponent with his main King DeeDeeDee, whereas Heartland Community College chose Yoshi for the battle. Magic made quick work of Yoshi three, stocking him and winning the first match with a suicide grab in the third stock. In the second match, Heartland switched to Falo, taking only one stock from Magic in the second game. However, Heartland was no match for the HACC Hawk's King DeeDeeDee main. In the third and final round Heartland switched back to Yoshi and both went to their final stocks, but Magic was able to capture the win with an up smash right off the map, giving the series to the HACC Hawks 3-0.

The Hawks will enter the cyber arena next on Monday, February 21, 2022 in Call of Duty Vanguard and Rocket League. The Call of Duty Vanguard match is set to start at 6 p.m. against Carl Albert State College. The Hawks Rocket League team will face off against Carl Sandburg College at 7:30 p.m.
