Harrisburg, PA - The Hawks' MW2 team played a tough series against the Dallas College Mountain Lions with an overall score of 2-3.

Hardpoint still proved to be a challenge for the Hawks, as the team was unable to win the first map on Zarqwa Hydroelectric (128-250). Despite big performances from team captain Andrew "D0nks" Dunkel with a KD of 25/16 and David "DerHeiler5676" Huber with a KD of 26/18, the Mountain Lions took the first map. The second map was quite the opposite, as the Hawks shut out the Mountain Lions with a 6-0 victory in a game of Search and Destroy on Mercado Las Almas. Keeping the momentum going into a game of Control on Breenbergh Hotel, the Hawks kept the Mountain Lions from getting any rounds with a 3-0 win. But, staying on Breenbergh Hotel for map 4, the Hawks once again struggled with Hardpoint (96-250). While the first half of the game was neck and neck, the Mountain Lions' defense in the second half was overwhelming for the Hawks, and the team was unable to capture any points. With the series tied 2-2, the deciding map was set on Breenbergh once again for Search and Destroy. Unfortunately, the Hawks just couldn't close out the series as the Mountain Lions took the final map (1-6). A very close series in the end, with the Hawks showing huge improvements over their performance in the first week of the regular season.
