Harrisburg, PA - The HACC Rocket League team defeated Finger Lakes Community College in their last game of the regular season.
The first match of the series was super close as both teams scored 2 points and pushed the match into Overtime. But the Hawks closed out the match with a goal scored one minute into overtime. The second match played out almost identically to the first as the Hawks and FLCC traded goal for goal, tying 2-2, and going OT. Once again, about a minute into OT the Hawks managed to score and win the match. The third match changed pace as the Hawks finally started to pressure FLCC. The team scored 5 goals, while only letting 1 slip passed them. Team Captain Benjamin "HelloLADY" Doutrich led the squad in this last match with 9 shots, 3 goals, 2 assists, and a save!
An amazing 3-0 victory for the Rocket League Hawks to get them a perfect record for their season and most likely a high seed placement for playoffs. The first round of playoffs for the Rocket League team will be on April 11th at 7:30pm, make sure to tune in!
