Men’s Basketball Defeated by Community College of Philadelphia

Harrisburg, PA - The HACC Hawks men's basketball team were on the road, Saturday afternoon, to take on the Lions of Community College of Philadelphia. The Hawks lost to the Lions, 103-68 in a tough match-up.  

The Lions came out firing on all cylinders the first half as the Hawks struggled to gain momentum. The Lions held the lead over the Hawks who were unable to match the pace, ending the first half; 26-47. The second half the Hawks began to battle back in an effort to close the gap, but the Lions offense was too strong as they began to pull away further with a 14-point lead. The lions held the advantage over the Hawks as they trailed behind, ending the game with a score of 103-68.

Leading the squad for the HACC Hawks was Matthew Fravel capturing 16 points and five rebounds. Following was Kevin Perales rallying 13 points and seven rebounds. Lincoln Morris added 12 points to the board while Vincent Fonticoba poured in seven points and seven rebounds into the contest.

This concludes the 2022-23 season for the Hawks' men's basketball program.
