Bulldog’s 3-Point Shooting Downs Hawks

Harrisburg, PA – The HACC Hawks men's basketball team faced the Bulldogs of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology Thursday night in a tough match-up. The Bulldogs fired on all cylinders shooting a 44.9% at the 3-point line, holding an edge over the Hawks.

The Bulldogs set the tone for the game as the Hawks struggled to gain momentum to put points on the board. The Bulldogs took the lead, ending the first half 51-40. The second half the Hawks responded back, finding their rhythm. The Hawks shot 70.6% at the charity line, working to close the gap. However, the Bulldogs offense was to strong for the Hawks. The team trailed behind in the second, 35-54. The Bulldogs cruised through to the finish line with a final score of 105-75.

The Hawks had four players score in double figures. Leading the pack was Jaiden Baltimore with a game high of 23 points. Vincent Fonticoba followed, earning a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds. Trey Slayton rallied 16 points with four rebounds and four assists. Lincoln Morris scored 11 points with 4 rebounds and two assists. 

The Hawks hit the road to take on the Northampton Community College Spartans on Tuesday, November 28, 2022. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
