Dani Shambaugh was named Head Coach for the HACC Women’s Soccer program in February 2024. Shambaugh previously served as the Assistant Coach for the Men & Women’s Soccer programs. Shambaugh brings 5 years of successful coaching experience to the Hawks Women’s Soccer Program. Dani Shambaugh is a 2017 graduate of Walsh University where she earned both GLIAC All- Academic and Player of the Week awards in 2014 along with being named to the 2016 GLIAC Tournament Team. Shambaugh graduated with her Bachelors in Applied Science, Sociology in 2017. Shambaugh also was a standout athlete during her high school career earning several athletic accolades. She was a 3-year letter winner, 2-time PA State Champion (2011 and 2012), 3-time Mid Penn Champion, 2-time District III Champion, was named First Team All-Sentinel (2012 Fall and Spring) and Mid Penn Commonwealth Division First Team honoree in 2012 along with the 2012 Pennsylvania East State Cup Championship.
Outside of coaching, she works for the Hershey Company as a RPO Senior Specialist and has been with the company since 2020. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, crafting, and playing with her 2 Beagles!
