Owls Escapes with Win Over Hawks

Harrisburg, PA –  The HACC Hawks men's basketball faced the Owls of Union College Saturday afternoon in a tough matchup.  

Both teams came out firing on all cylinders, but the hawks began to trail, as the Owls took the lead, in the first half. The Hawks would find themselves down, 34-49, at the break. The Hawks struggled to score at the start of the second half, as the Owls held the Hawks with 78 points on the board. The Hawks began to battle back with a late push from the help of Haji Bell and Shawn Lewis. Haji stepped up rallying 20 points for the Hawks, working to close the gap while Shawn added 25 points on the board. However, the Owls cruised through to the finish, ending the match with a final score of 99-78.
