
Harrisburg, PA – The HACC Hawks men's basketball team pulled at 96-62 win over Rowan College of South Jersey – Cumberland at home on Tuesday night.
The Hawks had three players score in the double figures. Leading the pack was Trey Slayton with a game high of 20 points. Aidan Littleton followed capturing 18 game points with 6 assists. Amyr Fox was a power house for the Hawks, and rallied 14 points. Both Logan Sax and Julian Lownes tallied 13 points for the Hawks offense.
After suffering a tough defeat against Community College of Philadelphia, the team bounced back with a win against the Dukes. The Hawks scored early and took the lead the first half, but the visiting Dukes battled back keeping is close. However, the HACC Hawks were able to capitalize offensively and secure the lead. The Hawks shot 72.2% from the free throw line and 47.4% FGM. Trey Slayton and Aidan Littleton both brought the heat as the second half neared the end. Slayton rallied 11 points for the Hawks while Littleton collected 14 points, giving the team the push to pull away for the 96-62 victory.
The Hawks hit the road on Saturday, December 7, 2024 to take on the Ocean County Vikings. Tip-off is set for 12 noon.
