
Harrisburg, PA- The atmosphere was electric as the Men's Basketball team celebrated Sophomore Day in a heartfelt pre-game ceremony, honoring the hard work, dedication, and leadership of their sophomore players; Amyr Fox, Trey Slayton and Aidan Littleton. Though the team fell short in their matchup against Salem Community College, losing 95-78, the day was a true testament to the spirit and resilience of these athletes.
The crowd gathered in anticipation as the two teams took to the court, and the spotlight was on the sophomore players who had been an integral part of the team's journey over the past two seasons. The players were recognized for their leadership both on and off the court, with family, coaches, and teammates expressing their appreciation for the contributions they've made to the program.

The sophomores, many of whom had made significant strides this season, showcased their leadership qualities with hard-nosed play, but the opposition's offensive execution proved too much to overcome. Despite a late push from the home team, Salem's shooting and defensive pressure allowed them to extend their lead, sealing the win at 95-78.
Aidan Littleton led the squad for the Hawks with 22 points. Haji Bell earned a double-double with 10 rebounds and 19 points. Amyr Fox rallied 17 points. Logan Sax followed with 6 points and 3 rebounds for the Hawks.
