Harrisburg, PA – The Hawks Women's Volleyball team defeated Delaware Technical Community College on the road Thursday night. The Hawks won all three sets, cruising to a 3-0 victory. HACC improves to an 6-0 overall record.
Match 1: HACC 3, Delaware Technical Community College 0 - Final
The Hawks dominated the match right from the jump, capturing the lead 25-16 with the first set. The second set the Hawks got down to business and continued to hold the lead over Delaware Technical Community College. The Hawks won the second set; 25-8. The third set Delaware Technical Community College battled back closing the gap. However, HACC took control with a final push leading to a 25-21 win.
Mackenzie Maass led the squad with 12 kills, while Taylor Beeler added 9 kills with 9 digs. Kyla Kolivoski was active with 14 digs. Ashley NyeSmith recorded 11 digs for the Hawks. Sydnee Wishard also contributed with eight digs and one serve ace. Kyla Kolivoski fed her teammates all night, tallying 43 assists.
The Hawks Women's Volleyball team will face Lehigh Carbon Community College on September 20, 2022. The match is set to start at 6 p.m.
